DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS FOR LONG LU’S GAMES
This document outlines the process for users of Long Lu's games to request the deletion of their personal data. We are committed to respecting your privacy and your right to delete your information.
Your Data Deletion Rights
As a user of Long Lu’s games, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we hold, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Facebook Platform Policy, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Decree (PDPD - Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP).
How to Delete Your Data from Long Lu’s games
There are generally two primary ways to initiate data deletion related to our Game:
Method 1: Removing the App through Facebook Settings (Partial Deletion & Disconnection)
This method primarily removes our Game's access to your Facebook data and can trigger a data deletion request to us if you select the appropriate options on Facebook.
Go to your Facebook Account Settings:
On a desktop browser: Click on your profile picture in the top right, then select "Settings & privacy" > "Settings".
On the Facebook mobile app: Tap the menu icon (usually three horizontal lines), scroll down, and tap "Settings & privacy" > "Settings".
Navigate to "Apps and Websites": In the Settings menu, look for "Apps and Websites" (or "Apps and Websites" or "Instant Games" under "Permissions").
Find Long Lu’s games: Locate Long Lu’s games in the list of apps. You might need to go to "Active," "Expired," or "Removed" depending on your connection status.
Click "Remove": Next to Long Lu’s games, click the "Remove" button.
Confirm Deletion Options: A pop-up will appear. To request full data deletion from our servers, ensure you select the option(s) that allow Facebook to notify us that your connection was removed and/or to request deletion of data the app posted on your timeline.
Example option: "Delete posts, videos or events Long Lu’s games posted on your timeline."
Example option: "Allow Facebook to notify Long Lu’s games that your login connection was removed. They may offer you another way to log in." (It is crucial you select this to trigger a deletion request to us.)
Confirm Removal: Click "Remove" again to confirm.
What happens after Method 1:
This will immediately revoke our Game's access to your Facebook account information.
If you selected the option to notify us, Facebook will send us a notification that you have removed our app. Upon receiving this notification, we will initiate the deletion of your associated data from our systems.
Method 2: Directly Requesting Data Deletion (Recommended for Full Deletion)
This method ensures a direct request for deletion of all personal data associated with your Game account, including any data we may store on our own servers beyond what is tied directly to your Facebook profile.
To request the deletion of all your personal data from Long Lu's games, please send an email to our dedicated support email address with the following information:

Subject Line: Data Deletion Request – Long Lu’s games
In the Body of the Email, Please Include:
Your full name as it appears on your Facebook profile.
Your Facebook User ID (this helps us locate your data accurately). You can often find this by viewing your own Facebook profile URL (it's the number at the end, or your username if you have one). If you cannot find it, please provide your Facebook profile link.
Confirmation that you wish to have ALL your personal data associated with Long Lu’s games deleted.
(Optional) A brief reason for your deletion request (this is helpful for our records but not required for deletion).
Our Data Deletion Process and Timeline:
Confirmation of Request: Upon receiving your direct data deletion request via email (Method 2) or a notification from Facebook (Method 1 with notification option selected), we will acknowledge receipt within [e.g., 5 business days].
Identity Verification: We may need to take reasonable steps to verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate and that we are deleting the correct user's data. This might involve asking for additional information to match your account.
Data Deletion: Once your identity is verified, we will proceed to delete all identifiable personal data associated with your account from our active databases and systems. This includes:
Any personal information received from Facebook (name, email, user ID, etc.).
Any gameplay data, scores, achievements, or in-game progress directly linked to your identifiable account.
Any other personal data you may have provided directly to us.
Deletion from Backups: Please note that some data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period due to technical and operational requirements (e.g., disaster recovery). This data will be securely isolated and automatically deleted in accordance with our data retention policy, typically within [e.g., 30-90 days] from the date of the deletion request from active systems. It will not be used for any operational purposes during this backup retention period.
Confirmation of Deletion: We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted from our active systems.
Important Considerations:
Game Functionality: Deleting your data will permanently remove your progress, scores, and any virtual items or currency associated with your [Your Game Name] account. You will not be able to recover this data.
Third-Party Services: Our Game may integrate with third-party services (e.g., advertising networks, analytics providers). While we will delete data from our direct control, you may need to contact those third parties directly to request deletion of data they may have collected independently. We will cooperate where possible, but we do not control their independent data practices.
Legal Obligations: We may retain certain information if required by law (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes) or if necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
