Welcome to Long Lu’s games! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Long Lu’s game application (the "Game") provided by Long Lu ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Game, you affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Game if you are a minor.

3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Game. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Game.
Specifically, you agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers or networks connected to the Game.
Attempt to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Game.
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Game.
Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of [Your Company Name/Your Name] or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE GAME OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LONG LU, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE GAME, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE GAME OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Game shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in "Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam". You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Game after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
